And there are parks! lovely huge expanses of wooded parkland, right in the city! I skated through two great big ones today, and caught the second half of a good flashy juggling act. I was doubly charmed, since the juggler was a blonde woman in a zebra-striped dress. Then, I caught a mongolian band playing in a tunnel. Even the buskers here kick butt.

Soon, I promise, this journal will become more than just me enthusing about how great this city is. Any day now...

well, we like hearing about how great the city is! (or at least i do.)

(even if it does make my horribly jealous. someday i'll get to go there... and maybe someday i'll have the chance to live in a cool european city for more than a week's vacation...)
