Wal-Mart sues fatwallet.com, a price-checking website, for a DMCA violation: posting details about Wal-Mart's upcoming sales. Then, they send a subpoena for "identifying details" about who posted the information.

Oh geez, I didn't even make the IBM connection until you commented on that. I read about the lawsuit a couple of weeks ago on the register, and my first thought was "typical american corporation idiocracy". Then my mind wandered to Snogs "Corporate Slave"...
