It's been a while since I used it, but I really like Groundspeak's "Geocaching" app -- it integrates well with their website and has a pretty good interface. It's a ten-buck app (or was when I bought it), but I thought it was worth it.
Yeah, the nice thing about Groundspeak's app is that it's tied into their database of existing caches, so you can just ask it, "hey, show me some Difficulty 2 caches near where I am RIGHT NOW" and it'll pop up a list. Also integrates with your geocaching.com account, so you can keep track easily of which caches you've visited and haven't. 's awesome.
