Hee hee hee! OK! I will soon stop being so incredibly amused by this, but right now I'm excited. I just got off a long call with a French customer and I got to geek in French!

That was fun. I didn't know I could do that -- I kept worrying that I'd trip over some weird technical word, but I guess I know more than I'd given myself credit for.

Is that humanly possible? I mean, ok, I know they use octette instead of byte. But the entire rest of geekdom is being translated by a convention of senile geezers secluded on the top of the Mont Blanc.
Although I think things could start getting amusing once you start translating mouse with mousse d'ordinateur...
