Details, really? OK, this morning after doing my three minutes of unweighted squats (trying to up this to five uninterrupted minutes of up-and-down squatting), I did my stretches. I skipped the ab workout because I am a wimp, but I did six sloooow pushups. Not bad, considering that my abs were too weak for me to even do two, last fall.
There, now you know exactly how G.I Jane I am not. ;)
You know that you can train different muscle groups with pushups, depending on how far apart you place your hands? If you can't do real pushups (like me), place them further apart and fake it by using your shoulder muscles.
Hmm, speaking of which, it's time for my daily run in the woods, looking for a deer to rape. Say, any good advice on rubber-leg syndrome?
