I am, apparently, not entirely settled if I don't have something to do.

My client at work decided to not renew their contract, due to reasons entirely unrelated to me. Now, I know it's in my boss's best interest to keep me employed, even if I do nothing for my 8 hours per day but prop my feet up on the desk and stare at the ceiling. But I'm bored. No, not bored: agitated. I keep running around and trying to collect work to do because something must be wrong! I'm not swamped! Help!

Perhaps I'll relax, soon. Slacking off isn't as fun if I'm not slacking off *from* something.

Side note: I should charge up the damned digital Rebel, already, and start taking photos.

Ohhh. That sounds *so* lovely. We're about to be snowed in at a con hotel, though, which sounds kind of cozy. (Since we have a hotel room, and can hide from people if necessary.
