I would just like to say that I had a mission today, and I accomplished it. Actually, I had several missions (many self-imposed), and I accomplished them all. And I brought back trophies! Hooray for agency.

I have a wombat! Or rather, a stuffed wombat (http://www.intrepidheroines.net/personal/wombat_echidna_kiwi.jpg), who was also my mascot and fierce defender today.

Actually, being about kitty-sized, but having an ENORMOUS HEAD, he flipped Ember out. She wouldn't believe that he was just an object, and seemed convinced every time she caught sight of him that she had to keep her eyes gluuuuued to the wombat lest he rumble over and kick her cute little housecat ass.
