Is Mr. Oogy getting to you? ;) Seriously, if you're not being kicked out, get a new job first before quitting. (Have you considered talking with your boss about the condition that makes you consider quitting?)
It's a good idea when you're no longer learning anything, or feeling very frustrated. It's a bad idea when quitting your job means that you will be homeless and foodless (largely, otherwise, I feel like if your job is not making you happy it's usually a good idea to quit).
