interesting name
Sep. 23rd, 2002 05:11 pmOne of the last names I dealt with today was "M'Sadoques". What sort of name is this? Well, presumably, it's French, but I've never encountered this type of name before. Is it old French? Where does it come from? Monsieur de Sadoques?
Throwing me off a bit was that he pronounced it "em-SAD-ohw-kayse".
