I'm not sure what kind of feature set you want from your vinegar dispenser, but most vinegar comes in a container with a hole at the top, an architecture I have found very effective for "dispensing".

Actually, my officemate was just saying this morning that we needed a vinegar bottle for the office. Not kidding.

I don't require much from my vinegar dispenser, simply that it be able to:

* contain vinegar
* fit on my desk rather unobtrusively
* pour vinegar onto any food I choose
* allow me to take a swig of it every now and again.

I'm thinking: flask. Sure to be a conversation piece...
