More than anyone else on the planet, Phelps make my brain *itch*. Poor Casper. This is probably the only time in my life I have supported leaving a monument to the Ten Commandments on government land.

This was totally unsuprising. Phelps is an egomaniac who makes outrageous statements to get media coverage: there was no chance that Casper would let his "memorial" get put up.
