Who on earth is Kimberlée Anne-Marie Elisabeth Von Fackenthall-aus-Frohnleiten, and whydoesshecaresomuch about translating the Lord's Prayer into her own constructed languages?
conlangs are, well, just fun, and the lord's prayer is kind of a standard object of translation which poses a plethora of interesting problems for the translator. are all those conlangs her very own? the site also has esperanto and quenya...
The possibility occurs to me that she might be construcitng her own languages as a means of "sepaking in tongues," which is a popular pasttime among evangelical Christians.
Fackenthal-aus-Frohnleiten? Oh, wacko. Add a little german/english punning and you get "fuckvalley-from-happypeople". Now what do you expect from someone who calls itself that of their own free will?
