It would be. When's the class? If it were me, I'd take a couple of Advil, drink lots of water, and go, making sure to warm up a bit first, then stretch, and then do the class.
But are you HURT sore or just MM I WORKED OUT sore? If you're hurt-sore, skip the class and give yourself a full week's rest. Normally, I give myself a day of rest (maybe "active rest") and then dive back in, but not if I'm hurt.
