I remember it burning a swath through another LJ friend cluster earlier this year. I tried to pinpoint the month and all I discovered is that my buddy welcomerain has the most unhelpful subject headings in the world.

I did a similar thing and found that I almost never USE the damn subject heading line.

I wish LJ had a search feature for my time-wasting convenience.

this is why i *try* to give useful subjects to posts. i don't think i succeed really. grep sounds like a good idea.

Is there anyway to download comments you've made as well? And what you were replying to?

Yeah, I think grep would have been the best idea, except it turns out that I never used the words "South Park". I'm too opaque for my own good. :) Anyway, it turned out that I never actually posted what I was looking for (dammit) but I often find myself wondering things like that. Thank you, coraline, you've given me a way to check!
