I don't much care for it myself, so I hear you. Wraps, as mentioned. Chopped fine and added to rice works pretty well. Restaurants always seem to use it as a garnish... the traditional "bed of lettuce"... presumably as an admission that it isn't really food. (grins) Salad. (ow!)
