When you let a 2-year-old make up her own costume, you wind up with a spiderweb girl with a kittycat nose.

That was for a party (at which D and I dressed up as spiderwebs, too). Today, she went trick-or-treating up and down our block dressed as naalibumbuhbee!

In other news, she has learned to smile for the camera on command. I find this cute, and I also find it cute that her real smiles are cuter.

Also, she's been walking around on tiptoe for about a month now. What's with that? My brother always did it (and so did I, to a lesser extent). He still does, actually, if you catch him off-guard.
