I'm really debating about Treasure Island -- $300 planefare + bike shipping + hotel + racing fee = an expensive tri. It doesn't seem worth it unless I go for the oly, and I'm not sure I'll be ready for an oly by then. On the other hand, if would make me SO happy, and if I work the trip in with grad apps, then the marginal cost is reduced. On the other hand, I have too many hands at this point and will stop frazzling in your journal.
