Huh! No, I hadn't heard of it. You should buy the book and tell me how it is!

Bought it at lunch. It'll be my T Muni reading for the next week or so.

Also, "at track"? You have practices? That is too great.

It's a great program. We do track workouts on wednesday nights for speed, group swims in the pool on Friday, and bike-run bricks on Saturdays. Soon we'll be doing open water swims on the weekend. On sunday, he emails us with the details of our individual workouts during the week, and all the workouts are broken down into beginner, intermediate, and advanced. (I'm surprised that I've been doing the advanced workouts in ever discipline, even swimming.)
It breaks down to 2-3 each of swim, bike, run, and 2 weights sessions per week. Monday is the rest day.

Also also, I miiiight make it out for the Treasure Island Tri in November.

We did our first workout on the island on Saturday. It was dead flat, except for a short climb at the end of the bike loop, and the swim is a lot more sheltered than I thought it would be.
