More lifting last night. We had a full house - Wedoff and Shosh and ectropy and quinnclub and the lovely and talented David. Back and biceps day, even though we skipped deadlifts and some people did squats. Good, but I'm not terribly sore today. Next week I need to push more. Kristen, my longest-lasting friend, also wants to join us next week, and if we add in tafkar we'll have to lift in shifts. heh! but it was fun and social, and we went out for a nice late dinner at Jae's afterward.
Now the bad stuff. My boss's boss has said that we're "going into a crunch" and he anticipates a major rise in workload over the next three months. I am really VERY unhappy about this, given that we've already HAD a major rise in workload and I find it most unpleasant. I anticipate that this place will become unlivable. :(
