I love being the only woman on a conference call and always introducing myself by name when I speak. It almost makes up for the fact that I have to do it every day.

I always enjoy that. There are a few more women where I am now, being both HR and software, but still not many.

I now work in an industry that is overwhelmingly female. There are only 5 men in my office, and 10 12! women. How cool is that?
