Coconut like shredded dried coconut? I have a weakness for 7 layer bars (http://www.cooks.com/rec/doc/0,1910,158178-233206,00.html)! And you're exactly right about how procrasinatable that kind of task is. I'm actually amazed I did it so quickly. :)
