ill-advised idea of the day
(Hm, 100 days, 100 bad ideas? Wait, no, that's a bad idea. Hey, I've already started!)
I suppose that technically it was YESTERDAY when I was showing a good friend how to lift weights, and in the course of this, did a full set of weighted crunches for the first time in quite a while. Okay, that's fine. The bad idea was showing an obliques exercise, but only on my right side. Now, whenever I cough (which is charmingly often), I feel lopsided. Grr!

My downfall was thinking that just doing a couple of reps wouldn't really count as WORKING it. But with my weak-ass abs, it sure did!

doesn't matter. bodies are funny in their craving of synchronization. my right shoulder says so with the pain it gives me to match my broken left one!

I suppose, upon reflection, I could just do some oblique exercises on the right, but then I'd be sore on THAT side just as the left-side soreness was fading. WOE

That way, they'll be too tired to notice a difference.

Wait, if I help, things will be anything but straight. Damn.
