Having recently recovered from a job that went surprisingly similarly-toxic all at once, and having moved to a job with a boss who likewise wants to make space for me to choose my own adventure out of my possible tasks, I have extra empathy and belief when I say this: HOOO-FUCKING-RAY!!!
