The best part, for me? Parking here is effectively impossible (expensive, awkward, and hard to get). This was one of the best parts of when I worked in kendall square. If I really wanted to drive into work it would cost me ~$20 to park in a parking garage nearby (or if I knew in advance I could arrange with someone who was going to be out that day, ie going camping straight from work), otherwise I biked to work (or I could use the T pass that was provided to me in lieu of a parking space, but that happened about twice in the 3 years I worked there). It meant that I got out on bicycle every day and was quite nice.
