ACK! That's like swearing off beer after having only tried Coors and Bud Lite! I love cortlands, macouns, and jonagold (http://www.usapple.org/consumers/appleguide/guide.shtml)(which, when in season, we are often able to find at our local Wild-Oats-type place).
