moominmollyMore on the house, since I am too giddy to write a coherent description.
Basement: Two bedrooms, small bathroom with shower, kitcheny area.
First floor: Large kitchen with table, large room, living room, bathroom with tub, wide common hallway area, small room off of entryway.
Second floor: Three bedrooms, one kitchen with table, bathroom with tub.
Attic: Large finished bedroomy floppy space.
The current owner rents the basement to her brother and the second and third floors to tenants (who will be leaving).
